Returns

How to return or exchange an item:

* In Case you have any problem with the product (defective merchandise) once you receive it, please contact us at sales@thecamgear.com before returning the product. Please send us images or visuals of any defects you see in the product. We are always ready to help our customers.

* We offer a 7 month warranty of our products, but the warranty does not include any damage caused by misuse or any sort of physical or liquid damage.

* After the return has been approved (after ‘online communication with the buyer”), the product will be verified upon its arrival. Returned product must be in new condition with all original packaging material. Further action (Repair or suitable replacement) will be taken accordingly upon inspection of the item. This condition is only possible within the warranty period.

* Return delivery costs is your responsibility. We assume all return shipping costs, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer if return is due to defect, during our seven month warranty period.

* If your CamGear product is beyond the warranty period, you are eligible for a non-warranty repair, though at a very reasonable cost. (Contact at sales@thecamgear.com )

Refund:

* If the item in any case, doesn’t meet your expectations, you have an option of refund on your purchase.

*Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer.

* To request a refund, you can contact us with the purchase details within 30 days from date of sale. Please do write us for reasons for requesting our refund, as we value our customer’s feedback.

* We value our customers and strive for highest amounts of quality in our products and transparency in our services to you.

* Items returned for refunds must be packaged appropriately and received in new, re-sellable condition. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, customer will be responsible.

* In case of non-delivery of item within 15 days, please contact us. We will ensure best possible assistance to you.
